  • FORMÉ Movement is an on-demand Pilates platform designed to help you move, feel good and FORMÉ your best self wherever you are. Our workouts are designed to fit into real life, whether you have 10 minutes or 45.

    Already been part of the FORMÉ community before? We’re so happy to have you back! Just log in using your existing details and follow the prompts to reactivate your access.

    Once you’re signed up, you can log in via our website on your phone, tablet or computer and start moving straight away. Our platform will guide you through where to begin so you can feel confident from your very first session.

  • All workouts are hosted on our FORMÉ Movement platform powered by Momence. Once you create an account and purchase a membership, you can log in anytime via your phone, tablet or computer and start streaming instantly.

    If you are using a laptop. Access your account via your browser > momence > log in > My Classes > FM > Video Library.

    If you are using an ipad or phone we would reccomend downloading the momence app here , log in > Click FM at the top > On-Demand

  • Absolutely! FORMÉ Movement is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Every class offers layered options for each exercise, so you can choose the version that feels right for your body, whether you’re just starting out or looking to challenge yourself.

    You don’t need any prior experience. Simply move at your own pace, take the options that suit you, and let us guide you. We’re here to support you as you build strength, confidence and FORMÉ your best self

  • Your membership gives you unlimited access to:

    • Our full on-demand Pilates library

    • New workouts added regularly

    • Programs and challenges

    • Access across all devices

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your Momence account. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Because this is a digital on-demand service, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If you experience a technical issue accessing your content, please contact us and we’ll happily help.

  • Our classes are designed to be done with little to no equipment, so you can move with us anywhere.

    For the best experience, we recommend having:

    • A mat

    • Light dumbbells (1–2kg)

    • Heavier dumbbells (3-6kg)

    • A Pilates ball

    • A resistance band

    • Ankle weights

    Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, many of our workouts offer no-equipment options or simple substitutions, so you can always press play and get moving.

  • When you sign up to FORMÉ Movement, your membership is billed automatically based on the plan you choose, monthly, quarterly or annually.

    • Monthly memberships are charged every month

    • Quarterly memberships are charged every 3 months

    • Annual memberships are charged once per year

    All plans are paid in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel 24 hours before your next payment date. You can read more about payment options under the Memberships tab

  • You’ll be charged on the day you sign up, and then again on the same date for each renewal (monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on your plan).

    You can view your next payment date at any time by logging into your FORMÉ Movement account and heading to Account → Subscriptions.

  • You can cancel your FORMÉ Movement membership at any time directly through your account.

    To cancel:

    1. Log in to your FORMÉ Movement account

    2. Go to Account

    3. Select Memberships

    4. Click Cancel Membership

    5. Follow the prompts to confirm

    Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that.

  • To avoid being charged, memberships need to be cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If a cancellation is missed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds for that billing period.

    If you’re considering cancelling, we recommend doing so as early as possible to avoid being charged again. You can always rejoin or reactivate your membership at any time, we’ll be here when you’re ready.

  • FORMÉ Movement workouts are not specifically designed for pregnancy or post-partum bodies. If you are pregnant, recently had a baby, or are returning to exercise after giving birth, we strongly recommend checking with your healthcare professional before participating.

    While some movements may be suitable with modifications, every body and every pregnancy is different. Our instructors are not able to provide personalised pregnancy or post-natal exercise guidance, so it’s important to choose what feels safe and appropriate for you.

    We’re here to support you in moving in a way that feels good — but your health and safety always come first.

  • FORMÉ Movement classes can be streamed to your TV using AirPlay or Chromecast, depending on your device and TV setup. This allows you to enjoy your workouts on a bigger screen if your technology supports it.
